Smooth, lightly sweet and tropical, and just a touch tangy, this bourbon-beer cocktail is like the perfect little glass of liquid sunshine.
makes 1 drink
1 1/2 oz bourbon
1 oz pureed mango
1 bar spoon or teaspoon agave nectar
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz IPA
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine the bourbon, pureed mango, agave, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with large ice cubes. Top with the IPA and garnish with a mango slice.
